Dog Boarding Kennel Information

Spanish Oak Kennel is a small facility with 16 indoor runs and 6 indoor/outdoor runs. Our small size allows us to give each dog that boards with us the attention that he/she deserves while you are away on your trip.

You get to choose whether your dog is best suited for exercise time in one of our exercise pens, prefers to be walked on a lead, or if he/she can participate in a supervised run with other dogs on our 130 acre property. What you don’t have to choose from is whether or not you want to spend extra money to have your dog participate in these activities.

Additional Information:

  • Our staff is located on the property, and we have over 20 years of experience in caring for our canine friends. Your dog’s health, safety and happiness are top priority.
  • In-home boarding is an option where your dog will stay in our home during their boarding visit while you are gone.
  • Our indoor kennel runs are 4’x 6’ and our indoor/outdoor kennel runs are 4’x 4’ on the inside and 4’x 7’ on the outside with a sliding door between the two areas. All of our runs have 4’ tall isolation panels that give your pet a large degree of privacy. The indoor facility is climate controlled for your dog’s comfort.
  • We feed Taste of the Wild dog food and provide Kuranda dog beds in the kennel runs. If your dog requires a special diet – that is ok – bring it with you when you drop your buddy off.
  • Boarding requirements: All dogs must be current (within 3 years) on their Rabies vaccine and current (within 1 year) on their DHLPP and Bordatella vaccines. Please make sure your dog is current on flea and tick control treatments as well.
